It is always overwhelming while being appreciated or recognized by someone. Two of the incredible bloggers I met here in the blogging community, Jeremy and Shweta have nominated me for the ideal blogger award and ten favorite feelings tag, respectively. I thought I would write both as a single post, and here it goes!
Ideal Inspiration Blogger award

1. How do you describe yourself as a blogger?
A passionate one
2. Which is your favorite blog post that you have written?
My on and off relationship with Hindi
You will know why if you have read it. It’s the most appreciated post on the site, and also the reason I got to meet a lot of amazing bloggers.
3. Who is your motivational figure in blogging?
I take inspiration from everyone I come across and implement what works best for me.
4. What are you so passionate about?
I am passionate about anything creative, especially painting. It helps to ease off my mind anytime, and it feels great when something you create turns out beautiful and can inspire others.
5. How has blogging become your passion?
I started blogging to escape the monotony. But, when I came to know the possibilities in blogging, I got more passionate about it. It can be more than just a hobby. Also, I found that the blogging world is much more positive than social media. I have met some incredible people through blogging.
Ten of my favorite feelings
- Unconditional love from my son
Knowing that I am his favorite person in the whole universe. I am sure it will change as he grows up. But, for now, I am just going to appreciate and relish every moment of this beautiful relationship. - The feeling of being safe in someone’s arms
I am forever grateful to have a partner who loves and supports me the way he does. We do have our fair share of fights and differences in opinions. But I know he has my back whenever in need. Touch wood! - The feeling of being loved and missed by someone
Even though I am far far away from my family and friends, it feels great when they let you know that you are loved every day, and missed having near them on all their special days. - Love from a dog
You got to have a dog to understand that feeling. I grew up having at least one at home and have experienced the love of many. But, after marriage, we never got to settle down in one place. It’s the top thing on my wish list to have a home somewhere in our hometown and to get a puppy there. - That feeling when you meet someone you love after a long time
It’s a lot of emotions mixed up. Your face light up and you laugh beyond control when you meet some. Then, there are some others seeing whom your eyes are well up. Visits to hometown definitely include a lot of this kind. - The satisfaction of having good food.
I am a big-time foodie and love everything from a full-fledged vegetarian spread(sadhya) to a scrumptious chicken biriyani. - The feeling of being carefree and silly
Being a wife and mom comes with a lot of responsibilities. But, every time I visit my mom, I get to be that carefree silly girl I used to be. It’s like being a child all over again. - The excitement of visiting new places
I am a sucker for sunsets, rain, rainbows, hills, lakes, animals, and birds; in short, anything nature has gifted us. I love traveling to such places rather than to the so-called happening cities. - I love anything artsy
As I already mentioned it feels awesome when something you create turns out beautiful. - Calmness in solitude
I am an introvert who loves one’s own company. I would happily sit alone sipping a cup of coffee/tea and doing something I love rather than being in a party or a crowded place.
It was so hard to conclude the list to just ten. I am just going to add one more and stop the rambling.
The feeling of being appreciated
I read a quote recently, “When you see something beautiful in someone, tell them. It may take a second, but for them, it could last a lifetime.” So true! Isn’t it?
Once again, thank you Shweta (https://thesoulsearchersite.wordpress.com/) and Jeremy (https://theathoolikaonline.wordpress.com/) for nominating me. Do check out their blog. I loved reading all your answers. It’s a great feeling to be loved by dogs. Only one who has understood that love can get it.
Yes 😊 Do you have one now?
I am feeling so happy I came across your blog from Jeremy. This is beautiful.
That’s very sweet of you! Thank you and it’s nice to know you too 🙂

You’re welcome
Thank you so much for the nomination….
My pleasure 😊
Can relate to a lot of it…. 😃
Sadya- Big Fan 🙌 and I really love dogs, but the apartment rules strictly says NO 🥺…and my partner, a crazzy dog lover keeps showing me all those cute puppy pics and videos and my longing for one becomes worse. The only happiness we have are some of the local dogs guarding the area, we feed them and its nice to have them around. 😊
Same here. We have tried having smaller pets. But, even they need a lot of space. It wouldn’t be fair to them to do so.
True that.
Congratulations!!
😊😊
Beautiful blog ❤️❤️
Glad you liked it 😊
